主旨：114學年度第2學期應屆畢業班課程期末成績輸入事宜，請查照。

Subject: Submission of final grades for graduating classes in the second semester of the 2025 academic year (114-2).

說明 Description：

1. 114學年度應屆畢業生期末考試週為115年5月18日(一)至22日(五)，應屆畢業班課程期末成績輸入截止時間為115年5月29日(五)。
   The final examination week for graduating students in the 2025 academic year is from Monday, May 18 to Friday, May 22, 2026. The deadline for submitting final grades for courses of graduating classes is Friday, May 29, 2026.
2. 為避免因教師成績繳交延遲，影響學生畢業證書領取時間，請應屆畢業班課程各課程主負責教師於期限內至本校資訊系統「T.2.0.03d.課程評分項目成績輸入」輸入期末成績，特殊情事無法於期限內完成者請與教務處註冊課務組各學系承辦人聯繫。
   To avoid delays in the issuance of graduation diplomas due to late submission of grades, teachers responsible for courses of graduating classes are requested to submit final grades via the WAC system (T.2.0.03d. Importation of scores for course grading items) within the specified deadline.In the event of special circumstances that prevent completion within the deadline, please contact the respective department staff at the Registration and Curriculum Division.
3. 為維護成績評定客觀及公平性，非應屆畢業班課程若有應屆畢業生上、下修課程，課程主負責教師仍需依課程大綱之成績評定標準，待學期期末考試結束後，使得繳交全班成績。
   To ensure objectivity and fairness in grade evaluation, for courses not specifically designated for graduating students, teachers must still follow the score category in the syllabus and submit the full class grades only after the final exam. 
4. 成績輸入系統於114-2更新操作介面，相關調整詳如115年4月10日(115)高醫教通字第064號公告「成績輸入系統重要調整」。
   Please note that the interface of the grade entry system has been updated. For details regarding the adjustments, please refer to the Announcement issued by the Office of Academic Affairs on April 10, 2026.
