主旨：成績輸入系統重要調整。

說明 Description：

  1. 「T.2.0.03d.課程評分項目成績輸入」成績輸入系統於114-2更新操作介面，操作手冊如附件(連結)。
    The interface of the grade entry system “T.2.0.03d. Importation of scores for course grading items” will be updated in the second semester of the 2025 academic year (114-2). Please refer to the attached user manual for operation instructions.
  2. 成績合計欄位調整為「成績試算」及「總成績」欄位，「成績試算」為成績即時運算結果，「總成績(教務處確認)」為教務處收到的成績，若教師輸入成績卻未送往教務處，將顯示試算與總成績不符以提醒教師。
    The grade summary field has been revised into two fields. The “Calculated Grade” reflects the system’s real-time calculation, while the “Final Grade (Confirmed by the Office of Academic Affairs)” represents the grade received by the Office of Academic Affairs. If grades are entered but not submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs, a discrepancy between the calculated grade and the final grade will be displayed to remind teachers.
  3. 教師成績送往教務處後，成績狀態將顯示為「送往教務處」，過去須由註冊課務組同仁將成績狀態改回「成績未完成」，教師方能調整分數，本學期起更改為成績輸入截止期限前，無論成績狀態為「成績未完成」或「送往教務處」，教師皆可調整成績，成績輸入截止期限後，成績狀態轉為「教務處確認」則無法變更，若有更正需求，須提成績異動送教務會議審議。
    After teachers submit grades to the Office of Academic Affairs, the grade status will be shown as “Submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs.” Previously, teachers could only modify grades after the Registration and Curriculum Division reset the status to “Incomplete.” Starting from this semester, teachers may revise grades at any time before the submission deadline, regardless of whether the status is “Incomplete” or “Submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs.” After the submission deadline, the status will change to “Confirmed by the Office of Academic Affairs,” and no further modifications will be allowed. Any corrections thereafter must be submitted as a grade correction applications for review by the Academic Affairs Meeting.
