主旨:114學年度第2學期期中成績輸入事宜,惠請配合辦理

說明 Description

  1. 114-2期中成績輸入截止日期為115年5月1日(五),請各課程主負責教師於期限內至本校資訊系統「T.2.0.03d.課程評分項目成績輸入」輸入期中成績,以利教師進行依期中給分評分項目設定預警燈號作業,成績輸入系統於114-2更新操作介面,相關調整詳如115年4月10日(115)高醫教通字第064號公告「成績輸入系統重要調整」
    The deadline for submitting midterm grades for the second semester of the 2025 academic year is Friday, May 1, 2026. Teachers responsible for courses are requested to submit midterm grades via the WAC system (T.2.0.03d. Importation of scores for course grading items) within the specified deadline. This will facilitate the setting of academic early warning indicators based on the midterm grading items. Please note that the interface of the grade entry system has been updated. For details regarding the adjustments, please refer to the Announcement issued by the Office of Academic Affairs on April 10, 2026.
  2. 若需進行評分項目更改,請填寫「課程大綱、進度表變更申請表」並檢附所有修課學生同意簽名,提出課程大綱評分項目比例變更申請。
     If any adjustment of grading items is needed, please complete the “Course Syllabus and Schedule Adjustment Form” have it signed by all enrolled students, and apply for an adjustment of the grading items in the syllabus.
  3. 課程正式成績於期末成績輸入截止並經教務處確認後,修課學生方得於本校學生資訊系統查詢,為使學生評估自身學習進度,建議教師於各階段考試後另行即時公告成績予學生知悉。
     Official course grades will only be available for students to view via the WAC system after the final grade submission deadline and verification by the Office of Academic Affairs. To assist students in evaluating their learning progress, it is recommended that teachers separately and promptly announce results to students after each assessment.
