為落實「學以致用」與「理論結合實務」之目的,本校鼓勵學生在畢業之前赴業界實習,
實際瞭解專業職場運作,學習有用實務技能,以提昇就業競爭力。
為確保學生學習品質,本校設置實習委員會,並採系、院、校審查制度,主要為工作職掌為:
- 規劃及監督學生實習分發、實習輔導計畫之執行、實習團體保險、健康檢查及學生實習成效之評估。
- 協調解決本系學生在實習期間所發生之相關事宜。
- 檢核及確認書面契約等實習相關事宜。
In order to enable the students to apply the academic knowledge in their futuristic aspects, KMU encourages
the students to participate in the Internship program before their graduation. By learning the SOP of a workplace
administration, students are able to acquire the practical knowledge which is critical in improving their employment
competence.
In order to assure the learning quality of students, KMU has established the Internship committee which implements
the hierarchical review system of department, faculty and school. The core duties of committee include:
1. To plan and oversee the distribution of students’ Internship, implementation of Internship counseling program,
group insurance for Internship, medical check-up and evaluation of the effectiveness of student Internship.
2. To be in charge of the students affairs occurred during the Internship.
3. To revise and confirm the contracts related to Internship.
