- This announcement is made in accordance with Article 43 of the Academic Regulations.
- Students who wish to apply for a leave of absence for the second semester of the 114 academic year must complete the online application via the Student Information System D.1.06a.Suspension and Withdrawal Application by June 18, 2026 (Thursday). After submitting the online application, please print the application form and complete the required approval process, including signatures from your advisor, department/program chair, dean, and other relevant units. Late applications will not be accepted.
